Dear Donna (Boots): Oh, I was so saddened to hear of the loss of your Mother. She was such a dear person and I so remember her and all of her kindnesses to me in the late 50's when you and I were in high school. When I went to visit her in The Vintage she was so sweet and so appreciative that I had come to see her. I remember the day I was shopping at Penney's and she was in front of the store. We chatted for a while and then she told he she was lost....so, I immediately took her back to The Vintage. She was so appreciative. I cannot imagine losing a Mother, but it comes to all of us. May she rest in peace. I send you a special hug. Also, my sincerest sympathy to your sister and brother. Hope to see you again one of these days. You did hear I was back in the Lodi area, right? We moved her l4 years ago from the Bay Area. Love, Elida
