Denise Marie Sutherland, 47, passed away Thursday August 31, 2006 at her home in Lodi. Born in Huntington Park, CA, Denise attended Stockton schools and graduated from Stagg High School in 1976. Daughter to Mike and Julie Aloi of Acampo, daughter-in-law to Bob and Joan Sutherland of Lincoln and the late Phyllis and Clifford DuBois of Piedmont. Sister to Michael Aloi and wife Patti Moyer of Woodland Hills. Loving wife to husband Bruce, devoted Mother to daughter Shawna, son Clifford, daughter-in-law Sarah, future son-in-law Chad Kaszer and Grandmother to Tarynn Sutherland. A homemaker, Denise lived an active life, and enjoyed her time playing tennis with her many friends, camping, boating, and spending time with her family. She was an amazing cook, following in the footsteps of her Italian heritage, and an avid sports fan. Her strength during her lengthy illness was an inspiration, and her contagious laugh and warm heart will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 South Fairmont Avenue, Lodi CA. at 11am.
