Words dont explain how wonderful my grandfather was. He was one of a kind. Thinking about the good times makes my heart ache a little less, I still remember his smile and it makes me smile. I remember going to his house when I was little and always being loved and spolied by my grandpa and my grandma Sophie. I will always remember one time we went to visit and we were watching a movie. The vcr stopped working and grandma Sophie said "The vcr is not working.. the kids cant watch there movie." and grandpa said "well I will go get a new one!" and off he went to the store and came back with the vcr. He just was so dedicated and loving. He would do anything to put a smile on anyones face. We will all miss you Grandpa.

Jim was my co-worker while he worked for the government. He was fun to be with and there were many enjoyable experiences shared thoughout our working relationship. He was unforgettable and just a few days ago he just popped into my mind. He will always be warmly remembered.

I worked with Jim while employed in the San Diego FTS office. Jim was a delight, always wearing a smile and so down to earth. He was always willing to help no matter how busy he was on other projects and he never considered a coworkers problem insignificant. He will be missed. Love and blessings to his family. Linda

I worked for Jim for several years at GSA in San Francisco. I loved working for him. He was so kind and gentle, yet very knowledgeable and willing to explain things or help solve problems. He was very likeable and had such a nice personality. I don't know anyone that didn't think the world of him.

To the family of Jim McDonald It is with great sadness to hear of Jim's passing. I hope that it might comfort you that you will always have precious memories of him in your hearts; as we all will. Jim and I worked together for about 8 years in GSA. I had the pleasure of being with him and Sophie on several occasions. They made a great couple. I pray that God gives you peace and comforts you doing these trying times. You will be in our prayers.
