Uncle Lelan, I would like to thank you and Aunt Lorraine for always being there. I remember coming to visit you when we were little and going to get a Christmas tree in your Volkswagen. And my silly infatuation with your huge beanbag chairs. Thank you for being there when my Dad was sick. Thank you and Aunt Lorraine for sitting with Danny and I while Mom had Surgery and for sitting with us when Ed had surgery. Thank you for all the times you were here, when you didn't have to be. Just because you cared. I'm really glad you and Aunt Lorraine and Mom and Ed got to spend some vacations together, those will be some very precious memories for them. You will be missed, we love you.

Dear Dad I am sitting and thinking about all the things that we done together and that you taught me. I will always have you in my heart and your voice in my head. I will miss your big bear hugs and your laughter. You know that I will take care of mom and make sure she is ok, the way you did. I don't know what I will do when I come to a cross roads in my life and not have you to call for your honest opinion. You were always there to support me when I needed you, even when I probably did not make the decision that you wanted me too. I had a unconditional love with you. I will always be your little girl.

Lee was one of the kindest and friendliest men I have ever known. He always was upbeat and had a good word to brighten your day. He was a fine brother in Christ and a good friend, whom I will miss very much. To his wife Lorraine and his family we extend our deepest sympathy and our prayers. We're here if you need us in any way!! Frank & Carol Palmer

My life was touched by you in so many ways. the following are some highlights.. Driving lessons in the push-button Plymouth Valiant, you were so patient. The fishing trips, while I liked going with you, it could be a bit boring. The summers in long beach with you and Lorraine, going very early in the morning on your paper route in Beverly Hills and you showing me the mansions there. When I had things to talk about, you were there for me. The ride alongs in your Semi-truck and the fun boat rides. Brother, I could go on typing for hours but what I am saying is that you will be missed dearly by me, so until we meet again in heaven, know I love you!

Thank you, Bro. Lee, for being in the right place at the right time because if it hadn't been for you, our church would not be the proud owner of the beautiful baby grand piano that sits in our new sanctuary. Every time it is played, I will think of you. May God bless Sis. Lorraine and hold her close in your absence.

Remembering a gentle and kind-hearted man who loved his family... To Lorraine and family: While we are only on this earth for a relatively short time, you have the guarantee of being with Lee again for all of eternity. Knowing that should bring you such comfort! This is likely a confusing time, perhaps filled with doubt and uncertainty, but remember you have family, friends and your "church family" who will be there for you every step of the way. May you find comfort and strength from those people closest to you. God's grace is sufficient!! Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Leland, I know your in Heaven and will see you again some day. You always meant a lot to me. I remember you and Lorraine stayed with us for a short period in Oroville. I just happened to see this today, October 23, 2018 and wanted to write this in your book. You were certainly loved by your family.
