Obituary of Patricia Greenmyer

Patty was born Patricia Marie Kimmel on June 20, 1962 to parents Richard and Marguerite Kimmel. After enduring a nine month battle with cancer, Patty was set free from her pain on Saturday, December 23, 2006. Patty graduated from Tokay High School in 1981. During her senior year, she met the man who would become her loving husband of twenty-four years, Robert Greenmyer. Her greatest joy was being the proud mother of four beautiful daughters. Patty volunteered endless hours at Victor School during her daughters' educations, volunteering in the classroom, parent club, and organizing school events. She also worked as a yard duty at Houston School where her daughters attended middle school. Patty enjoyed quilting, baking, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Marge Kimmel. Those left behind to cherish her loving smile and great laughter are her husband Robert and daughters Pamela, Jenna, Erica, and Hanna. Others who will forever remember her loving spirit and kind ways are her baby brother Ken Kimmel and baby sister Pamela Conner, brothers Bobby, Bill, Roy, and Larry Thornburg, Norman and Richard Lamm, and sisters Wanda Horn and Carolyn McCray, her wonderful father-in-law and mother-in-law Bobby and Virginia Greenmyer, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews who all love her dearly. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flowers at Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home.
