Gracie was the most positive upbeat woman I have ever had the joy of knowing. Energetic, I bet in her lifetime she has moved entire mountain ranges, one stone at a time. A dear sweet woman, she will be sorely missed in our neighborhood. Our prayers are with Jack and his entire family. Peace be with you all.

I was so sad to read of Gracie's death in the paper. I met Gracie through my sister Melvia Masterson. Melvia was married to Luther Masterson, Gracie's brother. I remember Gracie as a friendly person with a ready smile on her face. With sincere sympathy. Joyce Defenbaugh

Grace was a very great friend of mine. She always knew the right thing to say if you were down or happy. Always smiling. My husband always teased her about moving the big boulders in her yard. She will be missed by all of us. My thoughts and prayers go to Jack and his family.

Jack, I am so sorry to hear about Gracie. She was such a wonderful lady in every way. She was always kind to me when I was in Brookings and I truly enjoyed all the visits the four of us had together. She was so understanding. I know you and your family will miss her very very much. You take care of yourself now. God bless. Always a friend, Linda Askin

Grace was a courageous kind woman who never had a bad word to say about anyone. Always thought positive about life and family. We had a wonderful trip with her and Jack to Victoria, BC. It was full of fun, laughter and enjoyment. We will always hold fond memories of her in our hearts. She will truly be missed by all that knew her.

I want to express my sincere sympathy to each member of the O'Conner family. Grace was a sweet and "gracious" person. It was inspiring to sit next to her and share in conversation and then conclude with prayer. May I make the following suggestion? As you travel through your grief, I suggest the reading of Ephesians 3:14-21. You are a blessed family and may your love for each other inspire others.

News travels slow to Montana but my heart goes out to you none the less. Losing a loved one is so hard and losing someone unexpectedly is even worse. Grace was a wonderful person. I love all of you and think of you often.
