Obituary of Maria Archibeque Pe�a

Maria Archibeque Peña went home to be with the Lord and the love of her life, who preceded her in death, William G. Peña of 63 years, on 7-6-2020 in Hayward, CA. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Powelson. She is survived by her siblings: Agnes Tafoya, Anne Cambra, and Vivian Armenta. Her children: Theresa Peña and William Peña, Jr. Her grandchildren: Patricia (Ric), Angela (Art), and Tami. Her great-grandchildren: Ryen (Molly), Zane (Jazmin), Rebecka, Nathan, Alex, Anthony, and Giavana. Her great-great-grandchildren: Kallie, Gabriel, Elizabeth, Jayla, Sofia, Jordyn and Gianna. She was a member of The Catholic Daughters of St. Bedes Catholic Church in Hayward, CA for 20 years and a past Grand Regent of The Daughters of Isabella at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Lodi, CA for 20 years. Maria was very involved in her church, loved to write poems, loved to cook, she enjoyed spending time on her ranch in Lodi, CA with her family, and hosting many events. Maria was loved by all and will be missed by the many lives she touched!
