Thomas Earl McLane was born on March 28, 1936 In Lodi, CA and passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the age of 84. Thomas was surrounded by family when he went into the arms of the Lord. He is preceded in death of his parents Robert & Dolores McLane and sister Georgia Kingsley. Tom served during the Korean War as a Infantryman Private First Class in the Army. During his service, he earned his Marksman & Sharpshooters medals, along with a Good Conduct medal. After the war, he served in the CA National Guard. In 1959, Tom began a career at PG&E and worked for 38 years, retiring in 1997. Tom loved being with family & friends. Tom and his wife Nadine enjoyed cruises. They enjoyed traveling together for years in their RV. Tom was a CB radio enthusiast; communicating with others from across the country. He enjoyed bowling in a league & watching San Francisco 49'ers football games. Tom had a quiet sense of humor & was loved by all. Tom attended First Baptist Church of Lodi for 34 years. Tom is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nadine McLane, Son Thomas Earl McLane Jr. (Wife Tina), Daughter Chrissy Byrd (Husband Wendell), Grandsons Robert McLane (Wife Ashlee), Nicholas Byrd (Wife Lindsey), Justin McLane, 1 Great Granddaughter, and many Nieces and Nephews.
