Obituary of Blanche Mary Brouillard
Please share a memory of Blanche to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Blanche Mary (Fervia) Brouillard, 68, of Lodi died on April 28 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Lodi on September 30, 1951, and lived her entire life there. She is survived by her longtime partner, Stanley Taves of Lodi, her brother and sister-in-law John and Lorraine Fervia of Tualatin, Oregon, and her nieces Margot Fervia-Neamtzu and Monica Ferguson and their families. Blanche was preceded in death by her son Dustin in 1997. After many years of caring for her special needs son, Blanche went to work for the Lodi School District as a special needs teacher's assistant. She was loved by her "kids" as well as their parents. Her infectious good spirit and love of people will long be remembered by those who knew her. She will be missed. There will be a small family celebration to honor her life when those who loved her can safely gather. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cerebral Palsy Foundation in memory of Dustin and Blanche Brouillard at https://www.yourcpf.org.
