Phillip Eugene Morris born September 6, 1936, passed away on March 26, 2020. Phill was preceded in death by his parents Claire Wellman Morris, and Signe Anderson as well as his late wife Charlotte Morris. He was survived by his wife Dorothy, his children Bill Morris (Andrea) Las Vegas NV, Kenny Morris (Cindy) of Boise ID, Aaron Morris of Fremont CA, and Mike Alspaugh of Fairplay SC. His siblings Lee Morris (Alma), Roberta St. Cye, Edna McFalane (Mike), Inga Noe (John), all from Sacramento CA. As well as 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
