I still remember some of the fun times we had as little girls together. Even though you moved away and we grew up I thought of you often. I enjoyed our telephone visit last year and wish we could have gotten together for a true visit. My prayers have been with you these past months. You will be truly missed by your family and friends. Some day we will all be together in a perfect place. God bless you and your family, until we meet again. In Jesus Christ, Toni

Karen was a wonderful teacher and had given great contributions to Lodi Day Nursery School. She was missed when she left, but was able to fulfill her dream, of having her own daycare. Karen had a stong faith and was always thinking of other people. I was honored to have had a small part of her life shared with me. In 1999 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and have been cancer free since 2000. I though of Karen as I was going through the extensive treatments that I had to go through, and how she always hung in there no matter how she felt. It was due to her persistence with life that helped me through my struggling time. Thank you Karen for being the women of faith that you were. May the Lord be with her husband and daughter through this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Zetta Filler

I know Karen you are in a better place with Jesus, Grandma, Jason and Uncle Bill. We are going to miss you very much. I sit here remembering how hard you worked on the Family Tree before Grandpa's 90th birthday, even when you were not feeling well at all. So many other things come to mind of when you were a lilltle girl. You were truly a joy to be around, always happpy and laughing. We rejoyce in the knowledge you are with Jesus and in no more pain. Love Aunt Marie
