Carmela was a very nice person,and when it came to cooking she could put on a feast that would melt in your mouth. I used to waitress some times at the clements hotel about fifty years ago for her. Carmela will certainly be missed, but I am sure she is in good hands now, and not suffering any more. I went three times to see her at the arber place, but she didn't really remember me. May god be wit her. Barbara
