Obituary of Maxine Lusk

Maxine East Lusk, 93, of Lodi, died November 18, 2003 in Lodi. She was born February 9, 1910 in Salisaw, Oklahoma, where she was raised and educated. Mrs. Lusk graduated from Oklahoma University with a B.A. degree. She taught school and then worked for Scelley Oil in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 33 years. She retired in 1966 as a payroll assistant. She moved to the Lodi area with her husband in 1983. She is survived by her son, Donald K. Carpenter, of Phoenix; step-sons, Craig Lusk, Mike Lusk and Theodore Lusk; step-daughter, Vesta Lusk; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Lusk in 1985. There will be no services or visitation. Committal is private.
