Phyllis Virginia Magan was born May 14, 1921 in Galesburg, Illinois. She passed away December 13, 2003 in Visalia, California. She was 82. Virginia was a longtime Sacramento resident, she and Bill moved to Visalia from Sacramento six years ago. She was an active Lifetime Member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed painting and artwork, cooking and spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Dr. W.P. "Bill" Magan of Visalia, sons; Shane Magan of Bass Lake, Thomas Magan of Lemon Cove, and Patrick Magan of Visalia, 4 grandchildren; Jenna, Shana, Andrew, and Carey, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; William and Verna Eaton and her brother William Keith Eaton, Jr.. Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Thursday, December 18th at 11:00 a.m. at East Lawn Mortuary, 43rd Street and Folsom Blvd in Sacramento. Interment at East Lawn Cemetery will be private.
