Obituary of Zella F. Bullok

Zella F. Bullok of Lodi passed away on January 7, 2004 at the age of 89 in Lodi. She was born in Grady, New Mexico on February 18, 1914 .She was educated in Grady and Clovis, New Mexico. She married Lloyd Bullok in 1936. They moved to the Los Angeles area, and then they moved to Big River in 1970. Mrs. Bullok moved to Lodi in 1975 where she has lived for the past 29 years. She was a homemaker , and she enjoyed gardening, crocheting, tatting and sewing. However, her greatest joy was taking care of her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Schmidt of Lodi; grandchildren, Diana Schmidt Stellato of Galt and Mike Stellato, James E. and wife, Gloria, Schmidt of Lodi; great-grandchildren, Dominic and Gianna Stellato, Diana Hagan and Chelsea Cardwell; sister, Jean Smith of New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Bullok and sisters, Bonnie and Alta and brother, Jessie Shaver. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Maywood and Big River, CA, the Garden Club in Big River and Vinewood Community Church. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Saturday from 3PM until 6 PM and Sunday from 9AM until 6 PM at Lodi Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at Lodi Memorial Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lodi Chapter of Delta, Kappa, Gamma at 1317 Midvale Road, Lodi, CA 95240.
