So sorry to hear about Cecil's passing. I have many memories of Cecil while growing up and spent a great deal of time at their home. He was always a very nice man with a great deal of friends. I'm sure that he will be missed a great deal by all that knew and loved him. My heart goes out to his family, and i only hope that knowing that Cecil is no longer in pain that it will help them to get through this sad time. I love you all. your long time friend, Vicki

Cecil was a special man, whom everyone loved who knew him. His loving, caring and gentle personality was one of a kind. He played his guitar from the heart and soul and everyone loved his music. We are going to miss him so much.

Cecil was a wonderful and very dear person and member of our family. He was the third son of my Uncle Roy and Aunt Pearl Carr. We grew up together in the Morada area. He taught me to play 3 church chorus's on the guitar, when I was 9 yrears old. I've never forgotten that. It meant so much to me. I always looked up to him. He always treated me with love and respect. And looked out for me. We all loved his music and we'll miss him and hearing him play his guitar. He was the best. I especially loved to see him playing in church, and with his son Michael. He was an inspiration to all.

Grandpa - You will be missed very much. Although, we were not as close during the latter years of my life I'm glad to have the childhood memories that you and I shared. I'm also very grateful that you were able to meet my fiancee Marinda and your great-grandson Jordan. He has a wonderful time at your house a few weeks ago. Good Bye and We Love You! Sincerely, Michael A. Carr
