Obituary of Joyce Elaine Lichtenwalter

Joyce E. Lichtenwalter of Lodi passed away on May 26, 2004 in Lodi at the age of 67. Mrs. Lichtenwalter was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on September 17, 1936. She and her family moved to Fullerton in 1940. She graduated from Fullerton High School in 1954. She married Warren Lichtenwalter in November of 1955 in Anaheim. They moved to Lodi in 1983. She and her husband owned and operated Victor Hardware and Lodi TrueValue. Joyce has worked for the last 18 years at Lodi Memorial Hospital as a billing clerk. She is survived by her children, Lori Riley of Lodi, Linda Cook of Lodi, Leann Crutchfield of Rocklin and Lance Lichtenwalter of Anaheim; 10 grandchildren, Michelle Ketchum, Kristen Cook, Travis Cook, Blythe Riley, Ryan Riley, Lauren Crutchfield, Jennifer Crutchfield, Katelyn Lichtenwalter, MaKayla Lichtenwalter and Daniele Lichtenwalter and 2 great-grandchildren, Andrew and Madison Ketchum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Lichtenwalter in 1997 and a sister and brother. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 267 N. Mills, Lodi, with Pastor Dane Burg officiating. There is no visitation, and inurnment will be private.
