Daniel E. Oppen, formerly of Lodi, passed away in Stockton on May 26, 2004 at the age of 25. Daniel was born on September 27, 1978 in Sacramento. He later lived at Solari Ranch, ICF for 12 years in Stockton. He attended ACCESS STOCKTON for many years. He enjoyed music. Daniel is survived by his mother, Valarie Shumaker of Lodi; brothers, Timothy and Kenneth and Godfather, Robert Briggs. There will be a service at Lodi Funeral Home on Thursday at 1:00 PM with Deacon Porfi Cisneros of St. Anne's Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be private at Ione Public Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 PM -8:00 PM.
