Our deepest sympathy to Bob's family. He was a great man. Tommy and Jenny always said he was one of their favorite teachers they ever had in school. He truly loved every one of his students. He will be greatly missed by all of us. We always loved seeing him when we would run into him and Bonnie at Coco's. God bless you all. The Roehrich's

I will never forget Mr. K's unending supply of Jolly Ranchers. Every day after class, we would get to pick our favorite flavor. He made 4th Grade one of my favorite years at St Peters and gave me memories that I will never forget. He taught me so much, and I don't mean just reading and writing. He taught me taht school could be fun again. And that I will be grateful for forever!

Our Dear Knodlers; Know that you are in out thoughts and prayers. There are no words that will comfort the loss of your Best friend, husband and father. We all know the words of scripture that tells us he is in a better place. This is when God carries us because the footprints are deeper. I will always remember the teaching of music understanding, the history of early church worship and how far we have come in our worship services today. This taught us the importence of each step down to the Nunc Dimittis, Let us depart in Peace. Only those who took the time to get to know the shy, quiet, tender man that he is ( I say is because he is forever with God ) will know the blessings of being his friend. He was my teacher when it came to my art lessons, he taught me how to teach, so that the students could learn at their highest potential. Bob could look at every student as an individual and find the best way for them to reach their own learning potential. We thank you for sharing him with our children, his positive attitude is still a asset in their lives, His lessons of Christian love, will be a tool about perseverence, to the benefit of all who were one of his students. May God Bless you richly in the days to come, In Christian Love Del and Cheryl

Mr. Knoedler has and always will be my favorite teacher. EVER. He put so much work into all that he did and I think it's safe to say all of his students truly loved him for doing so. I remember how hard he worked personally trying to help me understand History in Fourth grade at St. Peters. I remember the day it finally clicked and I was so extremely happy that I finally understood and it was because of him. He will always be with me in my heart and I'll never forget him.

Our sincerest condolences to all the family. Our family got to know "Mr. K" through St. Peter School as BreAnne and Brett were both fortunate to have him as a teacher. Bre especially recalls Mr. K's "blonde jokes". We also were blessed as a congregation in his service as the choir director and organist. I still remember some of the Cantatas he lead. His muscial talents and direction have been and will be sorely missed. Again, our deepest sympathy on your loss. In HIS name, Roger, Pat, Bre, & Brett Avery

My fondest memory of Robert when he and Bonnie visited my parents' house in Las Vegas. My parents have a miniature poodle named Kirby. Kirby instantly fell in love with Robert. He sat in Robert's lap and lavished him with kisses for quite a while. Robert loved it. He smiled and laughed, and that is the picture I will always have of him in my mind.

Although we learn a lot in grade school I think the biggest thing I learned from Mr. 'K' was smiling was contagious. No matter what kind of day you had He always had a smile for you to either start your day of school on the right foot or give you a bright spot on the end of the day to send you home looking forward to the next day of class. I can't even remember the countless times I ran to the faculty room to get coffee and see how fast i can get back without spilling a drop or burning myself in the process. As for Mondays during football season you always knew whether or not the 49ers won when you just mentioned the words Niners and got Mr. K's rolling of the eyes or got a big smile of victory. So Thank you Mr. K for helping me become closer with God and helping me grow as a young man as well. Thank You for everything and you will be missed.
