I had the pleasure of working with Joe at IKON Office Solutions. He was the technician assigned to my customers in Lodi. My customers could always count on him, he never let me down if I called him late in the day and asked him to please try to get there, he always did. He felt stongly about service to the customer, he always went the extra mile. I would like his family to know, especially his sons, what a reliable and skilled worker Joe was.
