Mom, your life was spent leaving positive impressions on others. To some you were a mentor, to others a friend and to others a mother. I was fortunate, you were all three to me. Without your wisdom, guidance and love I would not be the person I am today. You always told me how strong I am but what you didn't realize that you gave me that strength and the wisdom to use it when needed. You have left a legacy for the ones left behind, especially for me, your grand-daughter, Staci, and your great-granddaughter, Salla. God gave me one of the greatest gifts in my life when he gave me the opportunity to care for your for the last few years. I hope in some small way I was able to give to you what you have given to me for many, many years, love, kindness and support. You are not only a gracious lady but an independent woman. I will carry you in my heart forever and my love for you will never die. You are now walking hand in hand with God, upright and strong with that beautiful smile on your face. You will no longer suffer. I thank you for your wisdom, your strength but most importantly Your Love! Rest now Mom, and know that you are loved so dearly.
