I was saddened to read about my Aunt Eythel's passing. I have fond memories as a young boy talking to Aunt Eythel about baseball. I was very impressed (as a 10 year old) to talk to a female adult who not only understood the game, but seemed to love it as much as I did. I also will always remember the wonderful Christmas presents my Aunt would give me and my brothers and sister. That was a great treat that I always looked forward too. My deepest sympathy to my cousins Virginia and Harriet. We may be out of touch, but you are not forgotten.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Eythel. We remember the joy we had on visiting her and Virginia a few years ago during Easter. She was a lot of fun to be with. We know of her recent health struggles, how hard she fought to continue on. We will miss her. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family. She is at rest now, its the family left behind that feels the pain of her leaving them. Virginia, you are family to us. Please know that we grieve with you, your loss is ours. We love you dearly. God bless all of you, Michael and Deanna

I remember Aunt Eythel as a kind and genlte woman. She was always ready to receive us when we'd come for a visit. I've enjoyed getting reconnected with her these past few years since I've been coming to California for my yearly visits with my mom. Thank you Harriet & Virginia for bringing her to Manteca. I'm sorry she won't be in Scottsdale when we make our visits there... I'll never forget that summer she let the cat out of the bag about Grandma & Grandpa! Much love, Mike & Jody
