Barbara Jean Weaver, formerly of Lodi and the Modesto and Ceres communities for many years, passed away in Lodi at the age of 52 on Monday, May 23, 2005. Mrs. Weaver was born in the San Joaquin area on November 8, 1952 to William and Viola Lyon. She had been a homemaker who enjoyed music and caring for all kinds of animals. She is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Whitmore and Dana Hayes of Modesto. Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C. Weaver. Services and committal will be private. There is no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of San Joaquin, 2277 Watt Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95825.
