Dear Family, I am so saddened by the sudden loss of your father. We had just recently made contact but I knew immediatly that he was full of life and of a generous spirit. He was so anxious to share his memories of mom "Babs" with me. After our initial connection though, things got hectic as they do and I just was thinking that when I had more time I would really get to visit more with him. Your father seemed a lot like my mother. And for that while I know you will miss him terribly, I imagine he has given each of you the very best of himself and his strength of character as well. I will always remember how mom would talk about her "little brother" and how she adored him. With My Hearfelt Sympathy Gwen Grasse

Paul, a person that will truly be missed. He was a great coworker, listener and human being. Thanks for staying even-keeled and coaching me through tough times at work. Thanks for the great rides up to Tahoe together where we really got to know each other. Thanks for providing laughter and entertainment on the golf course and thanks for driving to the work functions. But most of all, thanks Paul for being a wonderful gentlemen. We will miss you! Rest in peace good man.

Paul was one of the most caring, warm and compassionate managers at the General Mill Lodi plant. He built trust with the employees, both union and management, because they knew he was a man of his word and truly cared about people. He was a great counselor and mentor to several, including me. I will miss him dearly.

A man I'll not forget. Paul was always a friend, no matter what position he held at our place of work. He always had time for a quick "Hi" and small talk even when he was rushing off to take care of a problem. We shared many laughs and many nights went by much faster just by having Paul to visit with. I'll think of Paul often and the memories of the times we shared are with me for ever. I'll miss you Wimpy!

We'll miss Paul, who was a good friend and a great person to work with. I got to work with Paul in his last year before he retired and enjoyed every day at work. Paul was a true professional, one of the best I've worked with, and a truly good person with integrity and passion for working with people. He was a great coach and mentor. The thing I'll remember most about Paul is the daily drive in the cart over to the other side of the plant for the morning meeting - always a good conversation. Rest in peace, my friend.

It was indeed great to know Paul. He truly cared about his employees at work and did everything he could to help them. Paul was one of the great old timers that started from the ground and worked his way up. He really knew what it took to get things done and how to get things done. Rest in peace Paul, you will be missed.

Paul was a valued friend and volunteer for the Lodi Chamber and community. His kind and gentle spirit was always appreciated as was his business acumen and knowledge. Paul was active in the Lodi Industrial Group at the chamber as well as serving in leadership on the Board of Directors. Paul was in line to chair the Board when he made a quality of life decision to spend less time with volunteering and more time with his family and grand kids. Although the chamber missed his involvement we knew he had made the right decision for all the right reasons. May God Bless Paul and his family.
