I have only fond memories of my dear uncle. Uncle Frank was a special presence in my childhood. He was a kind, gentle and a compassionate man that will be missed by anyone that really knew him. Frank taught me my very first lessons in horsemanship. From how to hold your hand when giving a horse a treat, so you wouldn't get your fingers bitten, putting the lead rope over their neck before haltering, to not wearing spurs when riding horses that didn't need them. I remember as a young boy ( 8 or 9 yrs. old ) he used to stop by in the wee hours of the morning, have coffee with my family and take me with him on his truck route for the day. He was always easy to talk with and had the unique ability to communicate on any level.

FRANK WAS ALWAYS MY FAVORITE RELATIVE OF HIS GENERATION. HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE OR A JOKE AND NEVER SEEMED UPSET OR ANGRY IN MY PRESENCE. MY WIFE MET HIM ONLY ONCE (AT MY MOTHERS FUNERAL) AND EVEN WHILE BURYING HIS SISTER WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A LASTING AND JOYOUS FIRST IMPRESSION ON HER. THE WORLD AS WELL AS THE LORBERS WILL MISS YOU FRANK. PEACE TO YOU.
