Nona: I'm thankful that I've had these past five years with you. I've come to know and love you not only as my Mother-in-Law, but also as my "adopted mom" in place of my own Mother who died in 2003. There have been so many times when I missed her, and you would remind me of her, like when we used to come and spend those weekends with you at your house, and you often made me smile when I saw her face and heard her voice through you. Thank you for helping me cope with losing her by filling in for her just a little. Finally Nona, I want you to know how especially thankful I am to you for giving me such a beautiful daughter, Connie, to be my wife. It's easy to see that, in you, she had a wonderful Mother who imparted many good and loving qualities into her life. I'm glad your suffering is finally over, and you are now, at last, getting to see Him Whom you loved so, and Whom we all long to see. I'm just a little bit jealous of you in that :)

Our mom was truly unique and special. She had such a huge impact in all our lives that I will always miss. You never knew what mom had planned for the holidays and special times together as she always went out of her way to make it enjoyable and memorable for everyone. Staying close in the family was the most important thing to mom, and I know she would still want us to continue the traditions she began so many years ago. I never realized how hard it is losing your mom. I loved her more than words can say.

Grandma, It doesn't seem so long ago that I used to come and visit you as a child. I know that I didn't get to see you as much as we both may have wanted, but the times we did spend together, are some of the best memories of my life. I remember coming to your house and you teaching me how to bake cookies and cakes. I remember how you permed my hair, and afterwards it looked like I stuck my finger in a light socket... I remember every holiday spent with you like it was yesterday; christmas, best of all. I am so fortunate to have had such magical christmas's because of you. I looked foward to each and every year, because you made it so special. And my best memories with you were always our camping trips. Once summer had began, I always knew that meant soon I would be camping with my grandma and grandpa again. You always made such a simple thing as camping such a great experience, and it is something that I will always hold close to my heart. Thank you grandma for being the very best a granddaughter could ever wish for. You have given me a lifetime of memories to cherish, and I would not be who I am today if it hadn?t been for you. I love you so very much and will miss you everyday, Michelle p.s. Please watch over me as I grow into the woman you have always hoped for me to be. I thank God for giving me such a wonderful grandma. And even though you may not be in this world anymore, I know that you will still be here, watching over me and sending me your prayers. I love you grandma.

I'm going to miss you so very much Mom. You were the best Mom in the world. I couldn't have asked for a better one. I remember a few days before you passed you called and invited a few of us to your "going home party". I guess you already knew your time had come to go home and be with The Lord. We're going to have that party Mom and celebrate your going home. I'm so very glad you no longer suffer for that was the hardest part to see. Mom, I'll love you forever. Lois

Nona, I wanted to thank you for raising such a wonderful family. Your children & grandchildren always talked about how they loved Christmas with the whole family and how you made it wonderful. They looked forward to it every year. Your love & support for your family was incredible and it shows through their lives that they live everyday. The Lord truly has an angel with Him now. You will be missed by all. Thank you for blessing my life with your family. They have been a big part of my life and I treasure that will all of my heart. May peace be with you always. Becky

Nona, The biggest part of my life is filled with the precious memories of family time at your home. You worked so hard to create an atmosphere of a home that was filled with love. May you enjoy the blessings that God has prepared for you. Rest in peace my dear sweet lady. Love Jim
