My dad and mom, Ed & Tillie Perman, used to take us with them when they visited Sam and Emma. Sam was my dad's cousin. This was one house that children were always welcome! Emma never raised her voice at us and always let us play with color books or whatever she had. She also welcomed me as an adult. She was a very giving person and a very special lady. May she rest in peace.
