Though we'll miss you here on earth, I am happy that you will finally be with your love. I can hear your first words when you see Grandma - "Hello beautiful!" Beautiful you both were to me. I love you very much!

Even though the miles separate us, we are there in spirit today. We have so many precious memories of our "family times" together. We miss being with you.

I will miss my brother very much, we, went with our mother and two sister's to Calif. on vacation and stayed. He went to work in the studios, I work with him untill I went into the service. After the the war we worked together for the next thirty years. We retired at the same time. We kept in close contact by phone and visits. I know I have lost a brother and best friend whom I loved very much, our calls always ended with I love you Bud.

With the loss of my father, I feel that I have lost three important people in my life:a father, a boss and a mentor. He was such a balanced man: He smiled but never laughed out loud He loved to eat but always took time to enjoy it He liked his drink but I never saw him drunk He was thrifty but still loved to gamble He must have gotten angry, but never yelled or put a hand to me He loved his work and dressed nice but on weekends, it was his old hat flannel shirt and boots His Construction Business had its ups and downs, but we always had a roof over our us, always enough food and his employees never missed a payday He was never over emotional except for family, the only time I ever saw him cry was at Ken's his third son's funeral and then again at his wife's side as she died. He was the same Loving, Honest and Caring Father Always. I usually sign my name C. Edward Jones but I'm proud to sign this as Clarence Edward Jones.

In the Good Book Ruth 1:15: Naomi urged Ruth to go back to her family and Ruth replied; ?Don?t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go, I will go, and where you stay, I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if anything but death separates you and me.? Soon after I meet Ed, I told Mama and Papa Jones that Ruth had it right that they were my family what an honor that they thought of me as a daughter, they were always there for me during the good times and the hard times.
