Loretta Perrin, a long-time resident of Lodi passed away in Lodi on January 17, 2006 at the age of 96. Mrs. Perrin was born in Wyoming to Raphael and Mary Ianni on September 21, 1909. She moved with her family when she was ten or twelve years old to Jackson. She later attended and graduated from nursing school at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton. She married Elton Perrin on September 4, 1933. She continued to work as a registered nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital as well as Lodi Memorial Hospital, spanning 45 years of nursing. She enjoyed music, particularly opera and ballet music as well as traveling in a travel trailer with her family, beginning in 1946, to the mountains and the lakes, but her greatest love and passion was the care of her family. She will be so very dearly missed. She had been a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Mrs. Perrin is survived by her children: Robert (Alison Kay) Perrin of Elk Grove, Claudia (Robert) Kehoe of Spokane Valley, WA, Michael ( Helen) Perrin of Spokane Valley, WA and Jeanine (Marc) Giron of Olympia, WA; 11 grandchildren, Peter, Brian, Mark, Dennis, Paul, Daniel, Renee, Teresa, Annette, Jill and Nick, 11 great-grandchildren; Sophia, Timmy, Rachel, Laura, Nivia, Diego, Andres, Anna, Megan, Brent and Christopher; two sisters, Constance Fincham of Ione and Emma Ianni of Lodi and one brother, Ralph Ianni of Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Perrin, granddaughter, Kerry Giron and siblings, Sam, Tony, Joe, and Louis Ianni. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church with committal to immediately follow. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
