I am late to find out about Gary's passing. He and I were friends in 1977 - I was one of his neighbors. Today, I came across a few cassette tapes that he so thoughtfully and carefully made for me back then so I looked up his name only to discover this tragic loss. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. He was the kindest of souls.
