Grandma-oh how I miss you. Your beautiful smile, your long wise letters that brought such smiles to my face, and the memories that made me learn of what a wonderful grandma you are. You brought me the joy of feeling like I was important. If you only knew how much your wisdom helped me to succeed my goals each day and throughout my life. You are the best grandma I could ever ask for.I love you more than words can explain and I will always keep you in my heart until I see you again.Thank you for being there.I will always remember!!!!

We will all miss her - let's carry her forward in our hearts by remembering her last message. She told me tell all of you that there is nothing more important than love, love, love - I agree and intend to show my children the unconditional acceptance and love she showed me. She patiently gave me comfort when I was whining too long and confidence when I was insecure and wobbly. I know she did that for all of you, too. Good job, Mom! I look forward to seeing you Saturday!

It's so difficult to say 'good-bye' but I know that God will take great care of you now, Mom! I'm so grateful that we were able to share our thoughts and our memories and our love every single day. Good times... I miss you with all of my heart but I know you and God will have a great time! I'm trying to be strong like you wanted - it's pretty hard, Mom, but I'm going to be OK so don't you worry - and -don't forget that you promised to save me a space next to you someday! See you then! I love you.

It is with great sympathy that I extend fond wishes to the whole family. I have lived in Australia for 35 years and dont know enough of my family, close and distant. I have smiled at stories passed on through my Aunty Lynda and regret that our planned trip later this year will be too late to meet a lady so well thought of. Kindest regards, Tracey.

Dear Aunt Agnes: We are going to miss you, Aunt Agnes, one of our wittiest Aunts from the Funk Family. I am going to miss our phone calls, letters. Mom is already missing you. You were such a great support to her - you were always there for her and we thank you so much for that! So from all of us here in Manitoba - has been wonderful getting to know you & hope we meet again in the future. Hopefully there we will not have to rely on Inky to fly you anywhere, remembering when he was to fly you and Aunt Anne to Wpeg., and it was fogged in here in Dauphin? That was great having you two stay overnite with us & all the other visits. Will enjoy looking at my photo albums and someday & tell my grandchildren, (if I ever get grandchildren) that this is the Aunt I wished you had known. So Long for Now --Love from Lynda, Inky, Ashley & Katharine, Chelsey, Sister Kay, Michelle & Boys, Lillian & Family.
