All who knew him, knew that Cecil was an incredibly kind, loving, generous and caring man. He was a classic gentleman and had a great sense of humor. He gave of himself when he was needed far beyond expectations. He loved going out to dinner. I will miss him and his love dearly. He was a dear friend of many years and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to share the last few years with him. I will miss him and his companionship beyond words. My love for Cecil will always be present in my heart.
