Wayne Michael (Mikey) Wilcox entered into rest on May 27, 2006 due to a fatal stroke. Mikey was born September 21, 1969. While serving his four years in the Army, Mike fought in the war in Panama and also dedicated one year to the National Guard. Mike was known for making people laugh and truly valued his family and friends. Michael is survived by his sons; Michael Aaron Wilcox, age 10; Stephen Andrew Wilcox, age 6; his ex-wife and friend, Jill Johnson; his mother, Denise Kirsch-Schmidt and step-father, Richard Schmidt; sister, Stacy Medina, brother-in-law, John Medina; niece, Johnni and nephew, Hunter; grandfather, WM Wilcox; four aunts, one uncle, many dear cousins, in-laws and friends. Memorial services will be held in Galt on June 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family wishing to attend may call 209-745-4596 for information.
