My husband and I met Mrs. Mills about 20 years ago. Mrs. Mills wanted a sign built for her tropical nursery. We arrived at the nursery one evening where she was working away with her babies, the violets. She made us feel welcome and we became friends to her. Paul built the sign she wanted. Every year or so we would stop by to say hello. She was such a lovely lady, we would walk around her yard where many different kinds of flowers and bulbs were growing that she had brought from everywhere just to enjoy, each one had a history. She would also tell us about natural remedies she believed in and we enjoyed listening to her. She made us feel like she was the grandmother everyone wishes they had. Please accept our condolences to her family. Mrs. Margorie Mills was indeed a special lady.
