Clifford Charf Cottam, Sr. of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 86 on June 30, 2006. Mr. Cottam was born in Cleveland, OH on June 26, 1920 to Clifford and Nettie Cottam. He married Harriette Cottam on August 30, 1942. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He had lived in Cleveland, Ohio, Arizona, Culver City, CA and Lake of the Pines until late in 1970 when he moved to Coquille, Oregon. He moved to Lodi four years ago. He was an Insurance Broker for thirty-five years. He enjoyed fishing and photography. Mr. Cottam is survived by his son, Clifford (Diana) C. Cottam, Jr., of Elk Grove and daughter Georgia (Gary) Andresen of Redding; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriette Cottam in October of 2001. There is no visitation, and committal is private.
