Obituary of Helen Taft Richardson

Helen Taft Richardson of Lodi passed away in Lodi on November 10, 2006 at the age of 94. Mrs. Richardson was born in Suspamco, Texas on August 10, 1912 to Robert H. and Helen Roth. She came to California in 1917, and she married Fred C. Richardson in 1929. They lived in various cities in Southern California and Arizona, settling in Banning, CA for 40 years. She moved to Lodi ten years ago. She loved her home, and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She is survived by her son, James (Arlien) Richardson of Linden; two grandchildren, James Richardson and Susan Churches; five great-grandchildren, David, Jessa, Connor, Katherine and Matthew; one sister, Vivian Freeman of Scottsdale, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Richardson; three brothers, Oliver Goldsmith Roth, Robert Henry Roth, Jr., King Wilson Roth and one sister Audrey Douth. There is no visitation, and committal is private.
