I had close friends that lived in the same apt. complex. I had only spoken with Jessica once but seen her often in the parking lot getting her mail and she always a had a smile and a friendly hello for me. Her daughters played often with my friends children. I pray that God will comfort and hold you all in His loving hands and give you understanding that he had a grander plan for Jessica. I am sorry that we lost her so young I will miss her friendly smile and hellos.

Dear Mr. % Mrs. It's been years sense Jessica played with my daugther Carla but over the years we would come across some pictures Jessie gave Carla and we'd remember her and wonder what ever happened to her. A strange thing happened 12/20/06. I was going through my desk and a little picture fell on the floor it was a picture of Jessica. One she had given to my daugther I believe when she was around 10 yrs old. She's smiling.I was in the hospital so I was unable to attend the memorial services for Jessica. I want you to know that that's how we will always remember your beautiful little girl with sparkly blue eyes. Please accept our deepest condolencesfor your loss and know that our prayers are with you two and Jessie's little girls.

My condolences to your family. To lose a loved one is a tragedy itself, but to lose one over the holiday season I cannot begin to imagine. May your belief in God be your support and guidance during this difficult time.

Words sound hollow. Tears flow unbidden. You can't think. You are lost and you wonder if you will ever find your way again. You hear her voice but she is not there. Sometimes you think you see her out of the corner of your eye, a glimpse, a shadow of light but when you turn your head she is gone. The full weight of her absence bears down on your heart. The pain burns, squeezes and aches from your very core. You wonder how you can feel such agony and yet still be alive. You take this new path a step at a time, praying, taking the helpful arms of your family and friends, talking, sharing, crying, laughing, wishing, longing... You learn to go at your own pace and embrace those on the journey with you. The burden shared lightens. The pain doesn't leave but becomes bearable and soon you become accustomed to its presence. We have been walking this journey ourselves since February 2003 when we lost our Kristin, Darcy's sister, my daughter. We can't say we know how you all are feeling, only that we know how it was for us and we are so especially saddened that it is now part of your life's path, too. We hope Kristin and Jessica will meet in Heaven. We will pray for you all. With deepest sympathy, Norene and Darcy Austin

I cried when I heard. I prayed for John and Diane and the two Grand Children. Our profession does not prepare us for this kind of trajedy even though we have experienced it with others. I have tears of sorrow as I am typing this. We can not be at the service tuesday but we will be there for you always. Our memorial park is open to plant a perennial in Jessica and Child's memory if you would care to. God Bless you and your Family.

I remember Jessica as a sweet, caring person that always thought of herself last. She would always give my daughter big bags of clothing that the girls couldnt fit anymore. Everytime the girls came to work with her, she always made them comfortable with a t.v & toys galore..... it was so fun walking into the office and seeing them. They are the sweetest girls. When she left Grand, I dont think we spoke again, but I always remembered her smile, and those sun glasses. I will miss her greatly.MO

John and Diane, My heart is broken. May you find peace somehow, in this time of great sorrow. I am in Mexico, but if I can be of help I will come home tomorrow. I know Jessica felt the love of her parents, and a bond only parents and children feel. Diane, I can only let you know that I know the Mother/Daughter bond is so strong that only time may heal, but never be forgotten. With all my love I am thinking of you and Jessica's children. With all my heart, love JOYCE HOLLOMQN

Mr. and Mrs. Drummond, we worked with Jessica and are so saddened for your loss. Jessica was extremely sharp, and had a great work ethic. All of the installers loved her. Her love for her chiildren was so evident -- there was never enough wall space to decorate with pictures drawn by Joelle and Francesca. Our hearts break for you and we pray that God and time will heal the pain.
