Obituary of Leone Marion Faszer "Lee" Beede

Leone Marion "Lee" Faszer Beede of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 82 on March 22, 2007. Mrs. Beede was born in Lehr, N.D. on August 24, 1924 to John and Emma Faszer. At the age of 13 she moved to Lansing, Michigan where she attended school. She later moved to Seattle, Washington and eventually settled in Lodi in 1952. She had also resided in Sacramento, Sparks, Nevada, Placerville and Stockton. She had been a bookkeeper as well as providing childcare in various locations. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing. She was a member of Lodi Community Church. Mrs. Beede is survived by one son, Richard Allen (Sherri) Hoff of Reno, Nevada; one daughter, Linda Marie (Roy) Skeins of Lodi; three grandchildren, Michelle, Jason and David; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Maxine (Jim) Polkinghorne of Woodland and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Beede and two brothers, Don and Charles Faszer. Friends are invited to visit Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Lodi Funeral Home with committal to immediately follow.
