Obituary of Roxanne Scifo Graham

Roxanne Scifo Graham, 52, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Lodi Memorial Hospital in Lodi, California. She was born October 3, 1954 at Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, California to Thomas P. Scifo and the late Aurora Garcia Scifo both enlisted in the US Navy at the time. At the age of 2 she was already showing the charisma and charm she would later become known for as she showed off her "Shirley Temple" curls and lace each day at the front gate, waiting for her father to come home from his duty station. Later as she grew into a young woman Roxanne became the "girl everyone most wanted to be around" as she made life long friends throughout her school days at Drake Junior High in Arvada, Colorado and Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, Colorado where she graduated. Beyond High School Roxanne went into the Medical Technician field where she was certified as a Phlebotomist and eventually worked for Kaiser Permanente for 12 years. She was truly dedicated to and loved her family passionately; husband Tom Graham, daughter Marie Ratliff and son Beau Ratliff. A great cook and homemaker, she will be missed for the wonderful and loving home she kept. She was the beloved sister of Tracy Gudino, Stephen (Cynthia) Scifo, and Peter (Starla) Scifo; cherished grandmother of Gabriel; loving step-mother to Tommy & Becky Graham and "favorite Aunt" to a dozen nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a Memorial Service to be held at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 South Fairmont Avenue, on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Committal will be private.
