Obituary of Dione Schlaht-Brinlee

Mrs. Dione Moser Schlaht-Brinlee long time resident of Lodi passed away surrounded by her family in her residence at the age of 74. Mrs. Brinlee was born June 30, 1933 in Pettibone, North Dakota to Gustav and Mary Moser. Mrs. Brinlee owned and operated the Aldee Market in Lodi for many years before retiring in 1987. Mrs. Brinlee was a member of St. Peter?s Lutheran Church and a graduated of Lodi High School Class of 1952. She was enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She will be best remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Alton P. Brinlee of Lodi; 3 sons, Richard Schlaht and wife Roseanne of Roseville; Timothy Schlaht and wife Anna of Arnold; Anthony P. Brinlee of Salem, Oregon; 2 daughters, Diane Fullaway and husband Michael of Angles Camp; Sarah Jennings and husband Gary of Salem, Oregon; 2 brothers, Wilbert and Bob Moser of Lodi; 1 sister Eileen Burcham of Lodi; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A chapel service will be held Thursday July 26, 2007, 10:00am at the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park under the direction of Lodi Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday 12:00-8:00pm at the Lodi Funeral Home.
