Obituary of Delmar Miller

Delmar Miller of Galt, formerly of Lodi, passed away in Galt on August 24, 2007 at the age of 69. Mr. Miller was born in Linton, North Dakota to August and Kathrine Miller on January 20, 1938. He moved to Lodi in 1956. He made his final home Galt in 1995. He worked for T.P. Labs until his retirement as a dental lab technician. Mr. Miller was an avid bowler who belonged to the Senior League in Stockton on West Lane and the Match Club. He also enjoyed movies, science fiction and westerns, and most recently traveling. He was a member of Providence Reformed Church of Lodi. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Norma Miller of Lodi; three sons, Timothy Del Miller of Lodi, Mykal Fury of Lodi and Ronald Don(Kimberley) Miller of Lodi; four grandchildren, Michael, Kelsey, Vanessa and Diane; four sisters, Hilda Miller of Spokane, Washington, Amanda Semenza of Stockton, Wilma (Ray) Weber of Lodi and Eleanor Maier of Lodi; three brothers, Calvin (Frieda) Miller of Lodi, Emil (Pauline) Miller of Lodi and August (Virginia) Miller of Acampo. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edwin Miller and Melvin Miller. Friends are invited to visit Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. Committal will immediately follow at Lodi Memorial Cemetery. Memorial remembrances may be made in Mr. Miller's name to Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204-1953.
