Obituary of Dennis I. Chester

Dennis Irven Chester, Jr., of Lodi, passed away in Lodi on September 30, 2007 at the age of 34. Dennis was born in Phoenix, Arizona on July 28, 1973. When he was twelve, his family moved to Fresno, California. Later in 1987, he moved to Lodi where he has since lived. He enjoyed his family and friends. He also liked the outdoors, fishing and camping. He is survived by his daughter, Tisha Marie Lynn Chester; mother, Peggy Mayer of Lodi; step-son, Kenny Katz; sister, Tisha Michelle Mayer of Lodi; grandfather, Clifford (Janie) Tindle of Madera, step-grandmother, Betty Tindle; aunt, Betty (Phillip) Winsor of Galt; three uncles, Mike Upton of Galt, Malcolm (Jeri) Haynes of Waterford, Gary Tindle of Arizona; three nephews, Jacob, Jonothan and Jaden and significant other, Michelle Henderson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Chester; sister, Jennifer Stacey Mayer; grandmother, Faye Upton and aunt, Debbie Tindle. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service Wednesday, October 10th at 1:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. There is no visitation, and committal will be private.
