Obituary of Margaret "Jenny" Ryan

Mrs. Margaret (Jenny) Ryan, of Lodi, passed away on November 9, 2007, at a local hospital. Mrs. Ryan was born on February 26, 1915, in Powell, Wyoming to Frank and Elizabeth Richards. In 1949, she married the love of her life, Lloyd (Hank) Ryan. Margaret was a homemaker for most of her life and always enjoyed camping and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Ryan was well known for her fondness of gambling, making frequent trips to the casinos in Jackson, Reno, and Lake Tahoe. She also had a special place in her heart for the holidays. Most of all, she will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who will be missed by all. Mrs. Ryan is survived by her daughter: Joan (John) Bauer of Galt; grandchildren: Denise Marie (Ronald) Lopez, Ronald Edward (Carolyn) Bauer, and Lisa Ann (Jeff) Fox, all of Galt; great-grandchildren: Stephanie, Janell, Brandon, Dana, Brian, and Vanessa; and 4 great-great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Ty, Justin and Vance. She was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd (Hank) Ryan; 12 siblings; and grandson: Randy Edward Bauer. As per the family's request, all services are private.
