Obituary of Dennis Robert Feston

Dennis Robert Feston went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 15, 2007. His last breath was his first breath in Heaven. Dennis married Patricia Feston on February 18, 1961 in Portland, Oregon. Dennis enjoyed weightlifting during most of his younger life, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in Oregon. He was looking forward to retirement in January, 2008, pursuing his favorite sport, fishing, and traveling with his wife and family. Dennis was an independent dealer for 37 years, working with the San Francisco Chronicle and several years with the Sacramento Bee. Dennis is survived by his wife, Patricia, of 46 years; two daughters, Tammy Snowden, husband, Dave of Lodi and Susan Evans, husband, Greg of Lodi; five grandchildren, Tyson and Savannah Evans, Shelby, Brandon and Natalie Snowden; sister, Tally Thomas of Minnesota; two brothers, Jimmy Feston, wife, Val of Washington and Dale Feston, wife, Sue of Lodi; brother-in-law, Jim Ellis, wife Lisa of Sacramento and wonderful mother-in-law, Helen Ellis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise and James Feston; brother, Gene Feston; two sisters, Aileen Lindstrom and Nedra Myers; brother-in-law, Bud Lindstrom and father-in-law, Virgil Ellis. Dennis will be truly missed by his family and friends and the businesses that he was in continuous contact with on a daily basis in Lodi. Friends are invited to visit Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Committal will immediately follow.
