Obituary of Bette Jean Fuchs

Bette Jean Fuchs, of Lodi, passed away on December 1, 2007 at a local hospital. She was born January 19, 1927, in Manfred, North Dakota to Tobias and Lydia Schenkler. On January 8, 1955, she married the love of her life, Donald G. Fuchs. Mrs. Fuchs spent nearly 53 years as a homemaker. She was a devoted mother and wife who enjoyed traveling, camping, and family gatherings. She was also a member of Fairmont Seventh-day Adventist Church. Mrs. Fuchs is survived by her husband: Donald Fuchs of Lodi; son: Brad (Evelynn) Fuchs of Lodi; and sisters: Dolly Scheuffele of Lodi and Esther Voller of Sonora. Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, December 4, from Noon until 8 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 5, at 1:00 p.m. at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi.
