Barbara Jean Cox of Lodi passed away in Stockton on December 9, 2007 at the age of 58. Ms. Cox was born in Lodi on September 20, 1949 to James and Babe Cox. She grew up in Lodi and attended local schools. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers, but her passion was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy (husband, Marion) McGee of Lodi; son, Charles Cox of Washington; ten grandchildren, brother, Jimmy Cox of Lodi and niece, Loretta Moore. She was preceded in death by her father, James Cox; mother, Babe Ruth Cox; son, Clifford Cox; sister, Linda Sue Moore and grandson, Junior McGee. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, 3:00 p.m. at Lodi Memorial Cemetery. There is no visitation.
