Obituary of Eloisa Gallo

Eloisa Gallo, age 75 of Lodi, California, passed away on Wednesday, November 29th following a brief illness. She was born on June 5, 1948 to parents Felipe Morales and Juana Martinez in Tecolotlán, Jalisco, Mexico. On July 24, 1970 she married Gilberto Gallo in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico and together they shared 53 years. 

Eloisa was a parishioner of St. Anne’s Catholic Church and worked over 30 years as a crew leader at Pacific Coast Producers. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she loved to cook. 

Eloisa is preceded in death by her parents, Felipe and Juana, her son, Juan Gallo, and her siblings, Felipe, Apolinaria, Juan, and Obdulia. She is survived by her loving husband, Gilberto Gallo; their children, Romana Zamora (Gerardo), Veronica Ramirez (Jose), Miguel Gallo (Jennifer), and Jesus Gallo; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Rosario, Enriqueta, and Matiana.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 10th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the Lodi Funeral Home Chapel 725 S. Fairmont Avenue. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 11th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 215 West Walnut Street, followed by a committal at Cherokee Memorial Park, Highway 99 and Harney Lane, all in Lodi.
