Obituary of Norma Burlington

Norma Burlington passed away October 17, 2023. She was born
December 1, 1928 in San Diego County to Faye Kester Livingston
and Ronald Livingston. She graduated from Stockton High and
Stockton Jr. College. She is preceded in death by her husband of
74 years, Bruce Burlington, and her sister Joyce Gerstenberger of Danville.

Norma will be remembered for her sense of style and passion for
design. She was an avid bridge and tennis player and dedicated
her time on the boards of the Children’s Home of Stockton and
Hospice of San Joaquin and a member of Omega Nu.
Norma is survived by her children, Tom Burlington (Julia) and Jan
Chandler (Mark) of Lodi, and David Burlington (Barbara) of San
Francisco. She is survived by 5 grandchildren, Anne Nakagawa
(Kenji), Beth Calder (Mark), Grace Burlington, Laura Brown (Shawn)
and Dave Chandler (Holly) and three great grandchildren, Mikael  Tiku, Taylor and Johnny Calder.

Services are private. Donations may be made to Hospice of San
Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave., Stockton 95204 or charity of your

choice.
