Obituary of Scott Lowell Cline
Scott Lowell Cline born into the loving family of William and Barbara Cline on July 1, 1962 in Stockton California where he joined his eldest sibling Donna Jean and awaited his baby sister Shelly Arlene 3 years later. Scout's early years were spent in Stockton later to reside in Turlock where many of his lifelong memories and friendships developed. Scott attended Turlock High, later moving on to Roselawn Continuation. Scott in his teen years knew the importance of connection and friendships and carried those gifts close to his heart. A people person with a charismatic way about himself, developing relationships happened organically and with ease as most of those friendships were present and a part of his day to day 40 plus years later.Scott's life throughout his teenage years was filled with fun, friends, parties, various relations, He would say he was quite the ladies man, and music among other things. He would say those were the times of his life and he was a "king". Music was his happy place with his favorite artist being Todd Rundgren who he has seen 38 times. His favorite song, " Hello It's Me." Scott had three marriages, his first at 19 to Paula, his second in his mid 20's being Michelle ( RIP) and later in 1991 he met Alicia and later married in 1993. They lived in Turlock, California and Jason Todd, Scott and Alicia's first child and only son joined them 1992. Later, moving to Vancouver, Washington where Danna Lenae, their second child and only daughter was born in 1996.During his time in Vancouver, Scott worked as second in command in security at the Rose Quarter in Portland, Oregon. Scott always said life was filled with good times and bad times of which he had his fair share of both. His battle with Cancer ended on Sept 25, 2023 at his residence in Lodi, California. He was cared for by daughter Danna Lenae and sister Donna Jean. Scott is survived by Alicia, Jason, and Danna Cline. Daughter in- law Alanda Densen, Granddaughter's Ariella Marie Lombera and Ayanna Monroe Cline, Sisters Donna Jean Horowitz and Shelly Arlene Packer along with nephews and niece Brandon Keith, Trevon William and Jenna Brook Packer. May you Rest In Peace Husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and lifelong friend.
