Obituary of Bonnie Anne Knoedler

Bonnie Knoedler passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 86. She was born on April 13,
1937, in Santa Monica, CA. On August 5 th , 1962, she married Robert Knoedler. Robert and
Bonnie lived in various places before settling in Lodi in 1980. Bonnie was a dedicated nurse for
more than 40 years. She worked in the emergency room at both Doctor’s Hospital and Lodi
Memorial Hospital.
Bonnie was an avid bowler! She bowled three or four times a week. She once came so close to
a perfect game. Her favorite bowling tournaments were the “behind the curtains” type where
the bowlers can’t actually see the pins!
Bonnie was also active member of her church, Zion Lutheran Church in Lodi. A memorial
service will be held on Sunday, August 20 th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Matthew Duerr as officiant.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter Corinne and her son John.
